If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item to our store, or ship it back to us within 30 days of the purchase order date for a refund of the purchase price minus any outbound freight charges. Special order products not inventoried will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt, in original condition with original packaging. Custom designed jewelry is not returnable. One of a kind monogram jewelry, 'Made to Order' items, engraved, rings sized or altered from original size or shape can not be returned. 'Made to Order' returns are only accepted due to manufacturing defect. PLEASE verify the item you are ordering can be returned for a refund prior to purchase.

6. Our goal is to ship out all orders within 3 to 4 business days. Stock items will be packaged and ready to go, so they will normally arrive to your door within 5 business days. Items not in stock are dependent on manufacturer lead times. If you are looking to have something shipped for a special occasion, please contact us for up to date lead times.
